Social Development is one of the Social Cluster Ministries that answered oral questions in the National Assembly. “Honourable Speaker indeed the Department on Social Development comes across various forms of addition such as pornography, shopping addition, sex addiction and many more. We do refer them to the relevant institutions and organisations. However, the department only addresses addictions that are within its mandate. That is it,” Tolashe explains.
