The valleys and Inland Empire on Friday will reach a high of 61 in the afternoon, dropping to 36 at night. Rain will sweep through the region by Saturday evening. Beaches will be mostly sunny Friday amid a high of 54 degrees. Conditions will be cold for the next few days as rain is on tap Saturday and Sunday.
Mountain communities on Friday will see a high of 46 degrees, dropping to 16 at night. On Saturday, rain is expected, and snow is likely to fall at elevations over 7,000 feet. Deserts will see a high of 58 degrees, dropping to 30 at night on Friday. Gusty winds are expected this weekend as the storm arrives.
