Conditions are forming in the Pacific for a possible hurricane or tropical storm which will push moisture toward SoCal over the weekend, bringing a chance of rain and big swells at the beaches.
Los Angeles and Orange counties will see some patchy fog Tuesday morning, with a high of 87 degrees by the afternoon.Beaches will see some fog in the morning, with a high of 77.Deserts will be hot and sunny with a high of 104, while Palm Springs could reach 114.
