RG Snyman has been dealt another injury blow ahead of the final-round clash between Munster and the Sharks in Durban.
Following a sensational performance in Munster’s victory against the DHL Stormers in Cape Town last Saturday, Snyman has been ruled out of the final round of Vodacom United Rugby Championship action to due a concussion.Snyman was substituted after a heavy blow to the head in the second half of the match at Cape Town Stadium.
In a press statement, Munster confirmed that he will be unable to play against the Sharks as he follows return-to-play protocols. The good news is that the Springbok lock is expected to be available for the Vodacom United Rugby Championship playoffs in May. Snyman recently made his return to the field following 16 months on the sidelines recovering from a knee ligament injury.
