Only four of the 16 polls Hurd’s campaign cited had that many in the sample. Of the three in which he hit 1%, none was national.“The RNC worked over two years to deliver a transparent and fair primary process that will put our eventual nominee in the best position to beat Biden,” said Republican National Committee spokesperson Keith Schipper.
