Many parts of Scotland will be placed under a yellow warning for snow and ice, and while it means that some will receive a white Christmas, there may also be disruption.
Parts of Scotland are expected to be hit with up to 10cm of snow on Christmas Day as the Met Office has issued a yellow warning.
The yellow warning is also in place for ice, so Scots should keep a look out to ensure that they don't slip. Parts of the Highlands may additionally experience high winds, which could cause power outages on Monday.
