The Rose Parade is only a few weeks out, and anticipation for the annual procession down for Colorado Boulevard is at a fever pitch.

“They represent Kaiser Permanente’s care team and are further embodiment of the float’s theme, “All of us for all of you,” according to the news release. The walkers will be joined by participants and instructors from the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles Zumba and Group Exercise classes. Bees, typically buzzing from bloom to blossom in nature, will instead take a spin on an animated ferris wheel while others enjoy a rollercoaster on the buzzworthy day.
A dozen Blue Diamond almond growers will also be spotted alongside the float throughout the parade, according to company leaders, who noted the company’s work with farmers to advance research for bees, orchids and other pollinators.Kaiser leaders took a similar approach in crafting their 2023 float, which represents the theme, “All of us for all of you.”
