Alberta Premier Danielle Smith says the province won\u0027t abide by a federal plan to move workers out of the oil and gas sector.

“It doesn’t help when keeps on firing these shots across the bow at us without even picking up the phone and giving us a call to tell us what he has in mind,” she said.
