Two people were taken to area hospitals after a small plane crashed near an exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike interchange in Fairview Township.
The plan crashed into a utility truck that was traveling on a turnpike exit ramp at the Harrisburg West interchange. The crash was not far from Capital City Airport. One person was taken to a hospital by helicopter and the other person was transported by ambulance. No information on the nature or extent of their injuries was immediately available.
