The Guns N' Roses legend, 58, announced his beloved stepdaughter's death in a heartbreaking Instagram statement last week. Her cause of death is currently unknown 'The family asks for privacy at this time and requests that social media speculation be kept to a minimum as they grieve and process this devastating loss.'
Three hours after Slash posted the announcement, a selfie of Lucy alongside a caption was shared on her Instagram. The autopsy was completed and the body is ready for release but the cause of death has been deferred pending additional testing. An investigator has been assigned to the case
