Cape Town – Family members of slain police officer Sibusiso Gqadushe are yet to give him a dignified send-off after their plans to travel as a family to the Eastern Cape were dealt a blow.

“The first time we heard about the regulations relating to funerals we were a bit concerned. Then we thought since we are the immediate family we won’t have a problem, and went ahead with the funeral arrangements for Saturday. Gqadushe was the breadwinner for his five children. “This has been very frustrating for us and we need urgent assistance, ” Phumela said.
