Cape Town's V&A Waterfront will be the home of the newest LEGO store.
Fans of LEGO in South Africa will receive something of an early Christmas present this year as, come 2nd November 2024, a new LEGO Certified Store will open in the country.
The LEGO Certified Stores also offer the Pick a Brick wall where customers can buy individual pieces, the Build-A-Minifigure Station where minifigures can be customised using available parts, free sets in the form of Gift With Purchase offerings, exclusive in-store promotions and more. As we wait for more to revealed about the opening of the sixth store, we can provide some first hand experience from the opening of the store before this,. That opening saw hundreds of people flock to the store hours before opening to line up and be first in the new location.
The V&A Waterfront branch of LEGO Certified Stores will join the five existing branches. Gauteng is home to three of them , Durban has one , and Cape Town already has one , which will now be joined by this second location at the V&A Waterfront.
