New Kaizer Chiefs boss Cavin Johnson will need to lean heavily on youth as he tries to put his stamp on one of the most demanding jobs in African football. Of the current crop of players, there are half a dozen outstanding players aged 21 or younger. Some are part of the first team furniture already while a few still need to make their respective breakthroughs. Samkelo Zwane is still only 21 but already shows in-game maturity and intelligence required to succeed at this level. Right now, however, his pathway to the first team looks blocked by Edson Castillo, Yusuf Maart and Sibongiseni Mthethwa.
