Police said that while at the scene, a firearm was discharged, no injuries are reported and two suspects were arrested.
The street festival Do West Fest was underway few blocks south on Dundas Street West, between Shaw Street and Lansdowne Avenue.
“Terrifying. So many people out today,” Micallef said. “People were freaked out but not panicking, mostly talking to each other, making sure nobody was hurt.”
