The board of directors helps to align the daily operations of SITA with its mandate to “render an efficient and value-added ICT service to the public sector in a secure, cost-effective and integrated manner”. The Department of Communications and Digital Technologies hasn’t indicated how many board seats it’s looking to fill, highlighting instead that it’s looking for suitably qualified candidates for the positions.
