Former Kaizer Chiefs star Junior Khanye has given his thoughts on the Gaston Sirino (33) situation at Amakhosi.
‘Sirino behaving like Khama Billiat’ – Ex-Kaizer Chiefs starAccording to reports, the 33-year-old attacker often faked injuries and refused to take part in training. His behaviour has frustrated Amakhosi’s head coachand Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat. Having left Downs for Amakhosi, Billiat failed to replicate his form and was often injured during his tenure at Naturena.“With Khama, he did well for Sundowns due to his surroundings but things did not go well over time.
“There were a lot of expectations. Personally, I suspect Khama fakes injuries sometimes, He was alone and needed to perform 100% when you don’t have support,” Khanye added.“With Sirino, there was something that happened behind the scenes, especially after the 2-1 defeat to Sundowns. The 4-0 loss to the same team made it worse. Sirino has a small heart, we know, even at Sundowns, he used to receive red cards,” he said.
