The event saw the foundation hand over a whopping £550,000 to 11 different charities, including Vale of Leven, CHAS, Marie Curie, St Andrew’s Hospice, Kilbryde Hospice and St Margaret’s Hospice.Elisa Martin, Emmie’s sister, said:"The generosity of people from all over the UK to Emmie’s charity is incredible and very humbling.The Emmie Smillie Foundation was set up in 2016 and operates as a cancer-focused charity.
