A dad has been forced to insulate his home with cardboard as he struggles to afford spiralling energy bills.
Nigel Cleall, 51, has even considered moving him and his 12-year-old son Oliver into his garden shed to save cash.Now, in a desperate bid to keep warm, he’s taken drastic measures to make their house warmer.He’s used the material to cover the walls and ceilings of his 1950s two-bed property in Martley, Worcestershire.
Nigel said: ‘I’m basically heating Martley, when I put my heating on, it goes through the ceiling. The roof is over 27 years old.He says his housing provider has refused to take action
