THUNDER BAY — Monday may be the first day of spring on the calendar, but it doesn't mean Thunder Bay is out of the grips of winter weather.
Meteorologist Geoff Coulson said Monday morning that current forecast models indicate the city will receive up to 15 centimetres of snow. Coulson said the system will move steadily northeastward, and will likely bring snow to the city late Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning.
