When a woman defended the fast\u002Dfood employee, the brother attacked her, witnesses testified.
That’s when a woman in the car behind them yelled at them to leave the employee alone, according to court documents. Levert, who was intoxicated and already furious about his order, left the drive-thru window, approached the woman and assaulted her, the documents say.
In his June 30 decision, Montreal Municipal Court Judge Alain St-Pierre found Levert guilty of striking the woman multiple times, leaving her with a broken tooth, swollen and split lips, and swollen and bloodshot eyes.
