Music Mania is a family-friendly celebration from June 16 to 25 at Metrotown shopping centre.

Your neighbourhood shopping mall is all set to become a concert hall this upcoming week — with complimentary live music performances awaiting shoppers.

Rich, one of Canada’s up-and-coming classical music artists, will kick off the musical celebration on Friday, June 16 from noon to 1 p.m. The live performance will be held by Yogen Fruze on the ground level. School of Rock Vancouver, which trains numerous musicians every day, helping them master skills and unleash creativity, will be having four performances; Anita Tse and the Ukulele and Oriental Philharmonic Choir will perform once each.
