The video clip was taken on the grounds of Ross High School in Tranent, East Lothian on Monday afternoon.
Shocking video footage has emerged showing a woman aggressively pushing a young girl outside a Scots high school.
A large crowd of schoolchildren gathered to watch the incident, which is understood to have taken place after classes finished on Monday, August 28. Several pupils are seen stepping in front of the girl, who is wearing her school uniform, in a bid to diffuse the situation. A group of youngsters are then seen forming a ring around the girl so the woman can't get close to her.
East Lothian Council have said that they are aware of the incident that occurred within the school grounds and that the matter has been reported to local police.
