An Imperial Inquisitor returns in a shocking new image from the upcoming Ahsoka series. Darth Vader’s Imperial Inquisitors were introduced in Star Wars Rebels and have since appeared in multiple other media. However, every story featuring those Jedi hunters was set during the Age of the Empire, whereas the Ahsoka show's story takes place after Return of the Jedi.

Still, it is shocking to see an Inquisitor in Ahsoka, as Darth Vader and the Empire were defeated in Return of the Jedi. This mysterious Inquisitor could now be fighting for themselves, or the image could be from an Ahsoka Tano flashback set before the fall of the Empire.
