Shell Downstream South Africa spokesperson confirms that their staff members were not injured during the murder of Kaizer Chiefs defender Luke Fleurs. The incident occurred during a hijacking at a service centre in Johannesburg.

Shell Downstream South Africa spokesperson Pam Ntaka has revealed that their staff members did not sustain injuries the night Kaizer Chiefs defender Luke Fleurs was murdered.

Regarding the police investigation, Ntaka said that they have shared the information that the police have requested from them.“We remain committed to working with the authorities and supporting their investigation. But we want to respect the privacy of the family and we do not want to jeopardise the police investigation. Unfortunately, we are not at liberty to share any of the information regarding the incident of last night ,” she said.
