It’s a big moment for a guy who made his CFL debut in 2011. He’s been producing in the CFL for a long, long time, but was cut by the Edmonton Elks at the end of the 2021 training camp. Lemon will be going up against the East Division nominee, Ottawa Redblacks’ defensive end Lorenzo Maudlin IV, when the league-wide awards are announced during Grey Cup Week on Nov. 17 in Regina.
