Sharp rise in COVID19 cases in Gauteng
It's not immediately clear what sparked this spike.
Earlier this week, the City of Tshwane blamed a cluster outbreak at the University of Pretoria for its increase in COVID-19 cases.It's followed by KwaZulu-Natal with 44, and North West with 43.The test positivity rate has increased to 3.6 percent, while sadly 22 more people have died due to COVID-19 complications.
