Singapore Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen said on Sunday that this year's edition of the Shangri-La Dialogue has been a success in allowing for real issues to be debated openly. Speaking to the media on the final day of the security forum, Dr Ng said the large number of ministers and participants attending the dialogue every year attested to the achievements of the annual event, which is now in its 21st year. Jeraldine Yap with more.
