The Embarcadero whiskey bar first opened its doors in 2013, a collaboration between Phan and architect Olle Lundberg. The bar served more than 400 types of whiskey as well as oysters, fried chicken and other New Orleans-inspired fare. However, it has not been open since the pandemic shuttered restaurants in March 2020.
