San Francisco police are seeking the public's help — and offering a substantial reward — for information pertaining to a tragic killing in the city's Marina District last year.
On Sunday, June 19, 2022 at approximately 10:35 p.m., Samuel St. Pierre, a Placer County man visiting San Francisco for the weekend, was shot on Alhambra and Scott streets, a few blocks from the Palace of Fine Arts. "Officers arrived on scene and located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound," police said in a statement Monday."Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene who transported the victim with life-threatening injuries. Despite the life-saving efforts of the medical staff, the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
