Sex/Life star Sarah Shahi to lead new TV series from Charmed boss
showrunner Joey Falco and casts Shahi as a woman named Mia Bahari, who she will play in two different eras.
The format of the show features her in the year 2038 looking back at her time in the present day as she is interviewed for a place on the Supreme Court. The drama will come from all the secrets that have built up in her career and"messy" love life over the years, which could jeopardise not only her chances at getting into the Supreme Court, but also her marriage. While the older Mia is known as a brilliant Appeals Court judge, her younger self is a mix of fiery and painfully awkward, and gets involved romantically with two brothers who are connected to some pretty dodgy stuff.is just a pilot for ABC.
