Bad news for fans of Netflix's Sex/Life, as the show has been cancelled after only two seasons 😢
The comedy-drama, which starred Sarah Shahi, Margaret Odette, Mike Vogel, and Adam Demos, aired its second and final series last month.
The show, created by Stacy Rukeyser, initially followed Billie Mann fantasising about her ex-boyfriend Brad while married to Cooper in chapter one. The second season focused on Billie and Cooper’s decision to end their marriage, and their attempts to move on from each other. According to Deadline, a Netflix spokesperson said the second season ‘brought the series to a natural close, wrapping up the storyline for key characters whose relationships come to a happy conclusion, adding the streamer is proud of the show and the work put in to it by producers, cast, and crew.’At the time of writing, the main cast or showrunner Rukeyser has not commented on the show’s axe.
