Preston's latest new apartment block looks set to be built at Winckley Square with planning bosses expected to approve the plan.

The proposal also includes a ground floor gymnasium and an upper floor co-working space with access to an adjoining roof garden.An internal bike store and substantial bin storage area have been outlined as well as a car park offering spaces for up to five cars within the courtyard. According to the application, the apartments would benefit from their own roof terrace or balcony.
