The Senzo Meyiwa murder matter is back at the North Gauteng High Court.
JOHANNESBURG - Five men accused of killing soccer star Senzo Meyiwa are back in the North Gauteng High Court.
In the last court appearance, Advocate Malesela Teffo, representing accused one to four, had indicated he wants to contest the jurisdiction of the court to preside over the trial.But, in a turn of events, Teffo has now written to the National Director of Public Prosecutions, Shamila Batohi, demanding that charges against his clients be dropped.
