A company specializing in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions for the financial sector, with a focus on core banking functionalities, digital banking, and related services, is recruiting a dedicated and organized Senior Web Developer to join their thriving team. The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing Internet Banking and Management Portal features on an existing ASP.NET MVC framework.
A crucial aspect of this role involves embedding bank-grade security measures outlined in OWASP Top 10, PCI-DSS, and PSD2 standards into every development release. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring release quality through the implementation of automated tests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Collaboration with diverse teams, including Database, Middle-Tier, UX, Mobile, DevOps, and Security, will be paramount. The Senior Web Developer will translate business goals into technical blueprints and delivery roadmaps. Mentoring mid-level and junior engineers to foster a culture of clean code and comprehensive documentation will also be a key responsibility. Proficiency in modern UI options like Flutter Web and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest development trends to continuously enhance user experience and optimize performance are essential.The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of professional web development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead position. A strong foundation in C# (.NET Framework & Core) and proven expertise in ASP.NET MVC are required. Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/SCSS, Bootstrap, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and cross-browser performance tuning is also essential. Hands-on experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps and App Insights logging is highly desirable. The successful candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git), and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with Riverpod or similar state-management solutions in Flutter and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Docker will be advantageous.
