A client based in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will present executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, showcasing features such as content builder and journey builder upon request. They will develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, marketing metrics, and technical requirements.
This role demands a hands-on approach, acting as a consultant on large-scale projects encompassing email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, and customer journey optimization. The candidate will advise teams on the latest technological innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.The candidate must exceed goals and metrics while providing insights into Data Cloud best practices. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Admin, Consultant, Developer, or Email Specialist) is required, along with extensive knowledge of database marketing. The ability to provide swift solutions and recommendations is crucial, along with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Data Cloud solutions across platforms like Salesforce Data Cloud. 2+ years of experience in data management, data transformation, and ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is highly advantageous
