Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPG applications, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and maintainability. 7+ years of experience in RPG development, with a strong background in RPG IV and ILE RPG programming.
