A strong emphasis will be placed on adhering to industry best practices, including rigorous code quality standards, comprehensive testing methodologies, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and thorough documentation practices. Furthermore, the Senior Java Developer will be expected to mentor and support junior developers, fostering their growth and contributing to the overall development of our team's technical capabilities. The candidate must be comfortable guiding and training less experienced team members.\To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a solid foundation in Java development with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Essential skills include strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, as well as proficiency in JPA/Hibernate and REST API design principles. Experience with microservices architecture, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable. Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Git, Jenkins, and build automation tools like Maven or Gradle, and building effective CI/CD pipelines is also crucial. Exposure to API Gateway technologies and authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT are also required. Candidates who possess experience within enterprise-scale financial services, telecom, or retail domains will be given additional preference, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
