Responding firefighters found the Jeep’s occupants trapped in the vehicle and used hydraulic tools to remove the driver’s side door,The passenger side door was pried open without tools and the woman was removed from that side by fire crews who began to provide medical care at the scene. The driver’s side door was removed at 10:54 p.m. and crews began to provide medical care to the man.
He is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon provincial court on June 27. His name was not released pending his first court appearance.
