Second man charged in connection to Kearny fatal stabbing
, but like the first, he has not been charged with the killing.
According to criminal complaints for Kochell and co-defendent Elliot Barton, who was arrested Tuesday, the pair dragged McFadden’s body from Barton’s home at 316 Belgrove Drive at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday and left it on the other side of the street. Barton is tentatively scheduled to appear in court Monday while Kochell is tentatively scheduled to appear in court Tuesday. It is believed that the two men moved McFadden’s body.
On Tuesday, police and HCPO homicide detectives were seen going in and out of 316 Belgrove Drive, Barton’s home.
