The Western Cape High Court has ruled against Jacob Zuma’s uMKhonto weSizwe party, overturning their decision to remove two members from their candidate list. This follows a similar case in Mpumalanga where Mary Phadi was reinstated.
This is the second legal blow to Zuma’s MK party this week after Mpumalanga leader Mary Phadi won a case against the party.
