A new list of the top scenic driving routes around the world for 2025 has been revealed, and one Scottish road trip has earned a spot on the prestigious global list.
A scenic driving route in Scotland has been crowned one of the best road trips in the world for 2025.
Starting in Aberdeen and ending in Inverness, the route is 116 miles long and includes around three hours of driving time. According to the experts, it has more than nine attractions for every 10 miles on average. The route also showcases the rugged and unspoilt landscapes of the Cairngorm Mountains. From the incredible and rare wildlife to the huge variety of walks on offer, there is something for everyone.
