A Glasgow-born chef who previously competed in Masterchef Australia has shared a unique recipe for '15-hour lamb', and fans have said that it 'looks incredible'.
A Scottish Masterchef Australia contestant has shared a recipe for a '15-hour lamb' that has been described as "perfection".
In a video posted onto the social media platform earlier this week, Stoner shows how to prepare the delicious-looking meal step-by-step. She describes her 15-hour lamb as the "meaty cousin" of the classic 15-hour potato dish, and calls it "a belter". Stoner then removes the bones and fatty parts of the lamb, before shredding it with forks and pressing it into a roasting tin. After this, she drains the juices and mixes half of it through the shredded lamb before then covering and placing it into the fridge overnight with some weights on top.
Underneath the video, the cook wrote: "This is a fabulous dinner party dish, really easy to put together the day before and then serve on the night. You can serve it anyway you wish, but I love the idea of serving it like a deconstructed scotch broth with a pearl barley risotto, and it worked really well."
