The 25-year-old, originally from Ayr, hopes to be able to provide refurbished tech equipment to others who otherwise couldn't afford it.
A law student who is living in Glasgow has been selected by a massive international beauty brand as one of their boundary-breaking innovators nominated for an award for pushing international 'green gaming.'
Jade said: “I want to figure out a way to help gaming creators and gaming companies become more sustainable. I believe there is a way to recycle and reuse equipment more than we do already. As a gamer and creator, I know how much equipment I go through and have nowhere to put it once i’m done with it and often times it’s not usable enough for the average person.
“I was scouted so they got in touch out of the blue, which was amazing. This prize would be a massive boost for my project and would really help take it to the next level. Financially I wouldn’t be able to do it all so this would really make a huge difference, as well as the connections to get it off the ground.
“I need as many people to vote for me so that I have the best chance of winning and bringing this project to life," Jade said.
