Police have launched a probe after eight vehicles were damaged by thugs outside of homes

A Scots mum has been left too scared to let her children play in the street after feral youths smashed motors and jumped on car windscreens in a terrorising rampage.

Shocking CCTV captured by a resident shows one youth jumping on top of a parked Toyota MR2 on Meadow Crescent, while others in the group filmed the incident on their phones, on Friday January 6. .Mum-of-three Michelle Campbell, who owns the car, says she no longer feels the area is safe for her family."The fear has caused me to feel like I don't have a safe place for my young children to grow up."These youths are dangerous.

Michelle's neighbour caught the incident on CCTV before it transpired that more cars had been targeted in nearby streets."My vehicle is a classic 90s import car so the windscreen is not easy to find. We don't know how long it is going to be damaged."
