The owners of a Scots fishing boat have been hit with fines after a toxic gas leak caused the death of a crew member on board the vessel.
William Ironside, aged 52 fell ill on-board the Sunbeam at Fraserburgh Harbour after the gas leak in the boat's refrigerated tanks that was used to store fish, on August, 2018 and tragically died a short time later.
