Adam Polinkiewicz robbed a teenage waitress as well as assaulting his on-off partner
A loan shark who robbed a teenage waitress and throttled his lover during a series of attacks has been allowed to walk free from court.
The 27-year-old admitted acting with another man to assault and rob the waitress in Pilton Drive North, Edinburgh, on July 18, 2018. Polinkiewicz, from Broxburn, also admitted assaulting his on-off partner Paulina Cimoch in Northview Court, Edinburgh, on August 9, 2018. The court heard he repeatedly struck her head against a wall before jumping on her and causing her to fall, before pinning her down on the ground.
