ScotRail has been forced to cancel train services due to flooding as the Met Office issues a yellow warning for thunderstorms.
The train operator confirmed that they received reports of flooding in the Crossmyloof area and were forced to suspend a number of services.Trains to and from East Kilbride, Barrhead and Kilmarnock were affected. Further flooding was reported in Clarkston with services to East Kilbride not able to run as of 7.45pm.
