Just in time for the bank holiday weekend the Met Office is forecasting pleasant conditions for parts of the country, with northwest Scotland to enjoy the best of the spring weather during Saturday.
Sunday is set to start off dry and bright for much of the country, with the risk of some cloudier conditions and drizzle in the east. Eastern areas will start out mostly dry but murky clouds will fill the sky. Showers will then begin before sweeping eastwards throughout the day bringing widespread rain.
Top Trending Stories Today The remainder of the week remain will be unsettled with the risk of heavier showers and possible thundery outbreaks, particularly on Tuesday Wednesday.
