SCOTLAND’S first luxury “mirror cabins” have opened for business.
Arbikie Distillery, which is located on family-owned Arbikie Highland Estate farm near Montrose, teamed up with global nature hospitality brand ÖÖD to create the ÖÖD by Arbikie mirror houses. The unique cabins allow residents to look out upon Lunan Bay and the North Sea without onlookers – or the neighbouring Highland cows - seeing inside.Designed with couples in mind the accommodation allows guests to stargaze with a glass of whisky from the warmth of their cabin.
“The Arbikie Distillery provides a great experience around the field-to-bottle whiskey and other spirit production. We are looking forward to filling this partnership with the smiles of our guests.”We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories.
