The acquisition of Cornerstone Healthcare Group adds about 3,000 employees to ScionHealth's 28-state network.
Louisville-based ScionHealth has closed on its first major acquisition.
The acquisition adds 15 specialty hospitals, eight senior living locations and approximately 3,000 employees to ScionHealth's 28-state network, according to a news release. The transaction expands ScionHealth's national network of specialty and community-based hospitals and physician practices to deliver essential care solutions in local communities.
